“ Dr. Samuels and assistant (forgot her name) were both professional and covered all questions and issues very clearly. I had postponed my appointment during COVID extreme times but after going today would not postpone in future. They have all the controls in place for excellent safety. Also every time I have gone for an appointment over the past years they are always prompt and on time without making you wait past your scheduled time when you arrive which is important for busy people.”​​​​​​​

"Our son was diagnosed at his eye exam in June with Convergence Insufficiency. It was recommended to us that we consider Vision Therapy. A referral was made to Modern Eyes in Bellevue with Dr. Katie Kyles. We were thrilled to have a location that was only about an hour away from us. Our experience from day one of receiving the referral phone call from Barb to book an evaluation consultation was excellent! Our son was evaluated by Dr. Kyles and it was determined he would greatly benefit from having Vision Therapy sessions. He began his sessions the following week for 11 weeks, once a week. In addition, there was daily exercises assigned for homework. We diligently worked with our son at home over the duration of the weekly sessions at Modern Eyes. The improvement in his ability to read with accuracy, confidence and fluency was noticeable even before he finished his sessions due to consistency. We are so proud of our son’s effort, even though some days weren’t easy, he never gave up!
